  • We accept payment via credit card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

  • Once an order has been placed, an automated process will start the fulfillment. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to see what is possible.

  • We aim to deliver worldwide, but there could be exceptions that will show on the shipping page during checkout.

  • Items purchased from Pato Azul must be returned in perfect, unused condition. Products must be free from damage, stains, or odors and must be suitable for resale as new. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including tags.

  • You can return your item at your own cost within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Orders placed through our website can be returned online or in-store. Purchases made in physical stores can only be returned at the store where they were purchased.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. This allows you to follow the status of your package via the carrier’s website.
